  • Buyer will be charged 10% or $2,500 (whichever is greater) as a Buyer's Premium for this property. The Buyer’s Premium is calculated on the successful high bid and added to the purchase price of the property and paid at closing. 
  • If you are the Winning Bidder, an Earnest Money Deposit of 20% of the Total Purchase Price or $5,000 (whichever is greater) is required upon acceptance and approval of your bid. Proof of funds is required before bidding.
