By submitting your real estate auction to our marketplace, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- Promoting your auction on our marketplace costs a one-time fee of $25 per post unless you choose to feature your auction. We offer special discounts for bulk posts. Contact us for details.
- You can choose to feature your auction for a one-time fee of $55 per post.
- Posting fees are non-refundable once your post is live on our marketplace.
- Basic posts will appear on the State page where the auction property is located for a minimum of 30 days.
- Featured posts will appear on our featured page as well as the State page where the auction property is located for a minimum of 30 days.
- We are not responsible for site downtime, traffic fluctuations, or lack of traffic.
- We make no guarantees regarding auction promotion or outcomes.
- You grant RealEstateAuction.com permission to promote your auction across our website, social media channels, email subscribers, podcasts, and other platforms.
- You agree to hold RealEstateAuction.com harmless from any claims related to your auction posting.
- We may remove your auction from our marketplace at our discretion.
- While we routinely remove outdated posts, please note that we do not undertake editing or deletion of posts after your auction concludes.
